Shipping & Processing time

• Ready-made items are typically shipped within 48-business hours of receiving the order. 
• Items are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are based on current listed rates with USPS, by weight/size. All orders up to $100 value will ship with insurance covered in the shipping cost. 
• BeSpelled by Fae is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged while under the control of USPS.  

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24-hours. 
• Cancellations after 24-hours may be possible ONLY if the items have not yet been shipped. Buyer must contact me at info@bespelled.com. A cancellation fee of $5 may be withheld from any refund due. 

*If an error was made during check out (incomplete/incorrect information) please contact me as soon as possible at info@bespelled.com so we can correct the information before shipping. Changes may not be possible if more than 24 hours have lapsed since the order was placed. 

Returns & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted. Please contact info@bespelled.com should you have a problem with your order. 

By ordering from BeSpelled by Fae you understand you are ordering a handmade item. Variations are extremely likely. I will do my best to provide an accurate description and images, however, due to the vast differences in how colors appear on different screens, I cannot guarantee the color(s) of items will match your expectations exactly. I also make no guarantee you will like a specific scent. 

Jewelry Items: Much of the jewelry I create are one-of-a-kind pieces. While I may often use the same beads or charms across multiple items, there will typically be differences, especially with earrings. Ear wires and drops are often varied to create unique items. This may also include the use of mixed metals. Please make sure you are ordering the exact item you want. 

Craft & Intention items sold by BeSpelled by Fae are sold as curio only. I do not guarantee the results in spellwork. 

BeSpelled by Fae makes no medical claims with regard to the body products we create and sell. This includes lip products and body (chakra) oils. Formulations, and any tips or suggestions for use provided, are based on the most widely known and accepted information about the various ingredients, including the properties of herbs. Custom Orders 

BeSpelled by Fae accepts commissions on certain items. Please feel free to reach out to the shop should you want to discuss a custom order. 

When placing a custom order, a quote for the completion timeframe and cost, including an estimate for shipping and deposit amount, will be provided for approval. The deposit is required to be paid before of any work will begin for custom item(s). Final shipping rates will be determined & confirmed once the item is completed.
